What people are saying about this Bible Study

Hi,

I really like your bible study.   I do this with a group of friends  on Sunday for the next week.
Thanks for your lovely work. I work in a  Catholic  Church and I love to share this friends.
More and more Catholics are reading the bible. I love it.

God Bless, Marie S.

I have used your books for many years, but this online format is easier to use and I can use it wherever I am near a computer.  The Bread of Life studies have helped me enormously to prepare as a lector and as a catechist.

Katherine M.

Just to let you know, your website is the best one I've read so far.  It seems to say everything in a way that makes a person feel that God Himself is speaking to you in person. Thanks for all your beautiful work. I look forward every week to your commentaries.

Sincerely

Ron H.

I am grateful and appreciative for your website with the bible study for Sunday's readings, this helps and give a better understanding of the readings for that day. I look forward to these studies weekly , I am a cathecist  here in the Caribbean island of Barbados and this bible study helps me to explain more clearly to the young people, so they better understand the homily. Keep up the good work .

God bless you Joyce - Barbados

I was so glad to come across your bible study which was design for the Sunday readings.

My church, we have a weekly meetings for the lectors , commentators,  prayer leaders to prepare for the following Sunday mass. Your bible study is a great help for our group to prepare ourselves for our meeting and for the Sunday mass. Please  continue the good work.

I use your bible study for my own personal bible study and it helps me to concentrate and understand the daily readings and helps me to meditate each day, and think about what it really means for my own daily life. I love this site, and am very appreciative of the resource being available, its the only site i can go to and get bible study for the daily readings. I love it!!!

Peace and love, Rhonda

Hello,

I would like to express my appreciation for your wonderful free bible study.  I just discovered it last week.  My friends and I used it for our weekly bible study and found it to be comprehensive and very easy to understand.  We compared our experiences from this past Sunday mass and all agreed that, due to your bible study, our understanding and appreciation of the mass was far deeper.  Thank you!

Your efforts are deeply appreciated. I have searched for a good Bible Study for more than a year and finding yours was an answer to prayers.

Thank you again and God Bless,
Maryse R

I’m not sure if I’ve written you to thank you for this wonderful work. Your web page has given me the opportunity to spend a little bit more time in the Word of God. Not just listening to the Word on Sunday, but re-reading it, and thinking about it.

May the Lord richly bless you!

Thanks for your commentaries on the readings online - I'm using them to help pick out music for the on-campus Masses at Harvard Law School. I like to be able to fit the message of the hymns with the readings, and your comments help me think about the angles they could go. Thanks so much, and may God continue to bless your ministry!

First of all, I want to thank you for providing this information to all who use it. It is very helpful in so many ways. It gives me something to think about and also to use in my everyday work life and home life. But the real way in which I have been using this site is to help me in my ministry with inmates.

I belong to a group called the Prison Christian Growth Group. We have been visiting state prisons
for about the last 12 years. We are a sharing group. What we tell the inmates is that we use Scripture, but we are not a bible study group; we pray, but we are not a prayer group. What we do is to encourage people to listen to what God is speaking to them in their hearts.

We tell them that sharing comes from the heart and discussion comes from the head. When we go into the prison, we have a general theme that we use, usually from the readings of the day. We read the Scriptures, comment on them and then break into small groups where we reflect on what was read. So you can see that you have been a big help in my preparations for my visits. Again thank you and may God continue to bless your work,
Sante Di Nunzio
