Placing Orders

You can place orders in two ways: 

  1. Through our secure server using our checkout procedure.  After you have selected your resources, just click on 'checkout'   and follow the steps. 
     

  2. Call your order into 1-800-257-9425.  We will process the order for you and provide you with an email that confirms what you have ordered.. <go to top>

Commitment to Prompt Delivery

At The New Catholic Evangelist were are dedicated to fulfilling your requests in a timely fashion.  Our goal is to ship your request within 1 week of receipt of your order.  We do however,  have situations where the suppliers of the resources may have back-ordered our requests.  In this case we will keep you posted on expected delivery date via phone or email. <go to top>

Payment Options

Our payment options are very flexible.  

  • Visa and, MasterCard   The transaction will not be processed until we actually ship your order.  All transactions are processed via a SECURE sever.  The New Catholic Evangelist is a ministry of  New Century Enterprises.  Thus, the listing on your credit card statement will reflect the New Century Enterprises name.

  • Money orders and checks via mail.  Your items will be shipped on receipt of your payment.  For large amounts we will ship the order once your check has cleared our bank, usually about 3 days.

  • Direct Billing, due on receipt of your order.   If you are a Catholic Organization or Parish listed by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops  we we can invoice you,  payment will be due upon receipt of your order. <go to top> 

Shipping

Shipping prices shown on our site order are approximations.  In most cases shipping will be equivalent to or less than shown on your order.  The reason?  Total shipping weight for multiple items ordered may be lower than total weight of the items by themselves.  

We will charge you only the actual amount that we are charged for shipping plus a small handling fee.   If,  because of the size of your order or special shipping requirements,  the charge is greater than what was shown on e-store order we will request your permission, via email or phone,  to continue with order fulfillment.  

You may select from three methods of shipping:

  1. Economy - which will usually take 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location in reference to San Diego, California.

  2. 3 Day

Returns and Refunds

  • Defective Products:   If you have received a defective resource we will replace that resource at no cost to you.  This includes shipping and handling.  We want you to be completely satisfied with the quality of the resources we offer.   In some cases we will ship you a replacement without requesting you to return the defective product.   This policy applies to the first 60 days after receipt of your order and may be extended based on the circumstances, such as manufacturer warranty.

  • Money Back Guarantee:  If within the first 30 days of receipt of a resource it does not meet your need for any reason we will refund your payment, less shipping and handling charges.

  • Return Procedure:  Call or email us,  (1-800-257-9425  or newce@newce.com)  We will assign an RA number (return authorization) and will ask you to send back the product with the RA number clearly visible on the package.  In some cases, due to a requirement of a the producer of the resource, you may be requested to ship the item directly to this producer.  In any event we will insure you receive the proper refund or resource replacement.

Recording Copyrights & MP3 Subscription Terms

  • Recordings done by the New Catholic Evangelist are copyrighted by The New Catholic Evangelist and as such may not be reproduced or duplicated for any reason other than for personal backup and archival.   You may also produce a single copy of an MP3 file to a standard Audio CD.   You also agree that our web based subscription will be used only by you and your household (immediate family) and that you will not provide your username and password to anyone else.

  • Recordings done by other vendors or persons that we represent are copyrighted by their organization and as such you agree to abide by their copyright terms on receipt of their product.
