
Leslie Brunolli - "Abortion and Healing Through Christ" 
Leslie has been married for 26 years and has four children. She is a post abortive woman who shares her experience of having an abortion when she was in college and being a supporter of pro choice. She now shares publicly of how the experience of having an abortion affected her emotionally, physically and spiritually. Leslie is the San Diego coordinator for the Silent No More awareness campaign. It is a campaign where women who regret their abortions make the public aware of the devastation abortion brings to men and women and their families. That abortion will no longer be shrouded in secrecy and silence but exposed and healed. Her favorite scripture is Romans 8: 28, “We know that all things work for good for those who love God, who are called according to his purpose.” She loves the Lord and is answering that call according to his purpose as she speaks on the effects of abortion.
Marie Finn - "Children of God Through Adoption" 
Marie has been married to Deacon Ken for nearly 49 years and they have three adopted children, eleven grandchildren, two great grandchildren and one on the way. She and Deacon Ken have been ministering to those in prisons for over 20 years. They co-authored the Bread of Life Catholic Bible Study and Secrets of a Happy Family. Marie also wrote a pamphlet entitled, “Overcoming Sexual Abuse.” Her favorite scripture is John 14:26, “The Paraclete, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will instruct you in everything, and remind you of all that I have told you.” Marie has fallen in love with Jesus through the Word of God and teaching of the Holy Spirit. She has come to know who her real Teacher is and developed a personal relationship with Jesus Christ through His Word. She will share how that love has been handed down to her children.

Mary Breda - "Marriage & Pure Love" 
Mary was raised in a good Catholic family and the middle child of nine. She worked with the Missionaries of Charity (Blessed Mother Teresa’s order) for more then 5 years. She and her husband Massimo have been married for 18 years. They have 8 children, 2 of whom are already in heaven. This family has two little saints interceding for their family. Mary’s favorite scripture is Matthew 11:28-30, “Come to me, all you who labor and are burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am meek and humble of hear; and you will find rest for yourselves. For my yoke is easy, and my burden light.” Mary will share her testimony of her marriage and how she and her husband find rest for themselves in Jesus.

Marianne Dobrino - "Caring for Aging Parents" 
Marianne is a daughter and a wife of 25 years. She is a proud aunt to 5 nephews and 2 nieces and has an unlimited amount of Children – mostly young adults. She is also a certified Catechist with the Diocese of San Diego, an engineer and small business owner. Her favorite scripture is: Romans 12:1-2 –“I urge you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God, your spiritual worship. Do not conform yourselves to this age but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and pleasing and perfect.” Marianne has offered her body as a living sacrifice and been such a help in putting this conference together.
Mary Cordileone - "Raising Godly Children & Widowhood" 
Mary is the mother of four children, 2 boys and 2 girls. She is the mother of Bishop Salvatore Cordileone who was the last of her four children to move away, so she has none of her children living in the area. With the loss of her husband four years ago God has opened new doors for her. She has a strong love for our Lord and His Mother so its not surprising that her favorite scripture is John 19:25-27 – “Standing by the cross of Jesus were his mother and his mother’s sister, Mary the wife of Clopas, and Mary of Magdala. When Jesus saw his mother and the disciple there whom he loved, he said to his mother, ‘Woman, behold, your son.’ Then he said to the disciple, ‘Behold, your mother.’ And from that hour the disciple took her into his home.
Pat Poindexter - "The Blessings of Nartual Famly Planning" 
Pat has been married to Frank for 44 years. They have 3 children and 5 grandchildren – She is a registered nurse She has taught NFP for 27 years—Billings Ovulation Method for 16 years and Creighton Model Fertility Care System for the past 12 years. Pat’s favorite scripture is Luke 10:41-42: “Martha, Martha, you worry and fret about so many things, and yet few are needed, indeed only one. It is Mary who has chosen the better part; it is not to be taken from her.” This scripture speaks to Pat directly. She says she has a mutant “fret and worry gene”. When she re-focus on the “only One” she has time and energy, and the outcome is His; she is His instrument.
Dr. Karen Saroki- "The Single Life with Christ & The Culture of Life" 
Dr. Saroki is the third of six children, born to Chaldean immigrants. She attended UC Berkeley for her undergraduate studies and was President of the Pro-Life group, Berkeley Students for Life. She obtained her medical degree from the University of Michigan. While there, she served as President of the Student Chapter of the Catholic Medical Association. She then traveled to North Carolina to complete her residency in Family Medicine. She is happy to be back in San Diego where she grew up and is currently working at Culture of Life Family Services, a Catholic Holistic Center. One of Karen’s favorite Scripture’s is from John 2:5, His mother said to the servers, "Do whatever he tells you."
